We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff is incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time, including driving you around and providing advice on things to do. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast is delicious and filling. We also loved the peaceful location of this hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but not too remote.
Cannot find any fault.

They offer complimentary rides to the rental shop and the gondola station. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and have plenty of beds. Don't miss the Japanese bath, a perfect experience to complement your mountain adventure. the homemade breakfast, with fresh bread and organic ingredients, is a must-try.
The bathroom is a bit small, but the Japanese bath compensates for it, and it is available for all guests.

spent an amazing Xmas at a cozy place in the mountains. Loved the hosts, they were like family. The room was very comfortable and clean. The food was exquisite, a blend of local ingredients with a touch of fusion that blew my taste buds away. Close to the ski lifts and the village center, perfect location to enjoy winter sports and cultural immersion. Best price-value deal in town.
the bathroom was a bit small, but it was manageable. Sometimes it was hard to communicate with the staff since they didn't speak much English, but that added to the charm of the place. I would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for an authentic Japanese experience.
